SMC Corporation VBA10A-T02GN-Z Booster Regulator

SMC VBA10A-T02GN-Z Booster Regulator is a knob-operated booster regulator in the VBA10A family that increases main air pressure without external power, delivering up to a 2× boost to the output from a lower-pressure supply. It uses a 1/4 in NPTF port (thread type T) and, with the GN option, includes two pressure gauges and a silencer, with psi units displayed on the gauge label due to the Z option. The regulator accepts supply pressure from 0.1 to 1.0 MPa (14.5–145 psi) and provides a selectable set-pressure range from 0.2 to 2.0 MPa (29–290 psi), with a maximum output around 290 psi; the maximum flow is approximately 230 L/min (8.1 scfm). Operation requires no external power; it is an air-only device designed for compact installations, commonly used to boost pressure for pneumatic actuators, clamps, and tooling in automated systems where higher, stable pressure is required without a separate power source.
