SMC Corporation VFR2100-5FZ Solenoid Control Valve

The SMC VFR2100-5FZ is a 5-port, 2-position solenoid valve from the VFR2000 family that precisely directs compressed-air flow in compact pneumatic circuits. This base-mounted, side-port valve uses an aluminum body with rubber seals and a single 24 V DC solenoid (conduit-terminal entry) to drive a spool valve, delivering a 4-way flow path for air with five ports and no subplate required. It handles an operating pressure up to 0.9 MPa and a wide ambient/fluid temperature range of 14 to 122 °F (−10 to 50 °C); the operating medium is clean air, and the unit is not vacuum operable. Inlet port size is 3/8 in and the pilot port size is 1/2 in NPT, with overall dimensions approximately 2.875 in high, 4.437 in long, and 1.687 in wide. The valve is designed for easy mounting in base-mounted configurations and offers a non-locking push manual override for manual operation when power is unavailable.
