SMC Corporation VFS3101-5FZ Pneumatic Solenoid Valve

The SMC VFS3101-5FZ is a five-port, pilot-operated pneumatic solenoid valve in the VFS3000 family, designed for compact, base-mounted or manifold configurations in automation systems. It provides two-position, five-way control to direct compressed air to actuators and cylinders, making it suitable for compact valve banks in automated lines. The coil is rated for 21–26 VDC (nominally 24 VDC), allowing reliable energization from common DC supplies. Its operating pressure range is 0.1–1 MPa, enabling operation across typical factory pneumatic circuits.
