SMC Corporation VFS3200-5F Vacuum Generator Module

The SMC VFS3200-5F is a 5-port, pilot-operated solenoid valve in the VFS3000 Series with a metal-seal main valve and plug-in body. It is designed for medium- to large-diameter cylinder actuation and supports manifold options VV5FS1 through VV5FS5, enabling scalable valve assemblies in pneumatic systems. The valve uses an internal pilot and is rated for 24 V DC coil voltage, with a 2-position double-acting switching arrangement. The standard body option is 0, and the ports feature Rc threads; piping can be configured with side piping or left unused, with no sub-plate required for basic installation.
