SMC VFS5100-3FZB is a compact five-port, four-way, two-position solenoid valve in the VFS5000 family, designed for precise, space‑saving pneumatic control. This base‑mounted, plug‑in valve uses a single 110–120 VAC coil and side‑port body with 1/2 in (NPTF) ports for straightforward installation in tight panels. The unit includes a built‑in light and surge voltage suppressor, enhancing reliability in panel wiring and protecting the coil from voltage spikes. It operates from 0.1 to 1 MPa and offers Cv flow ratings of 3.7 and 4.5 for its air paths, enabling dependable actuation of small‑diameter cylinders or branched circuits. The VFS5100‑3FZB is rated for temperatures from 14 to 140 °F (−10 to 60 °C) and features a 4‑way, 2‑position configuration with a details such as side porting and a structure that can be used without a subplate.
