SMC MGQM32-25 Air Cylinder

SMC MGQM32-25 is a compact guided cylinder with a 32 mm bore and 25 mm stroke, part of the MGQ family and configured as a MGQM slide-bearing, double-acting air actuator with an integrated guide for high lateral-load resistance and excellent non-rotating accuracy. The slide-bearing MGQM variant uses rubber bumper cushions on both ends to absorb impact, and lubrication is non-lubricated for the sliding bearing, reducing maintenance. It operates on compressed air up to 1.0 MPa with a proof pressure of 1.5 MPa, and is rated for ambient temperatures from -10 to 60°C (no freezing). Piston speed typically ranges from 50 to 500 mm/s depending on bore size, and stroke tolerances follow MGQ standard specifications. Common applications include precise linear positioning, pick-and-place, and actuation in automation, robotics, and packaging equipment where a compact form factor with integrated guiding is advantageous.
