SMC MGQM50-25

The SMC MGQM50-25 is a heavy-duty compact guided cylinder from the MGQ family, featuring a 50 mm bore and a 25 mm stroke for controlled linear motion. This double-acting, direct-mount cylinder uses a slide-bearing rod and rubber bumper cushions to minimize shock and wear during travel, with 1/4 BSPT porting (female BSPT threads) for fluid connections. Operating pressure ranges from 0.1 to 1.0 MPa, with a proof pressure of 1.5 MPa, and it delivers a push force of 1,374 N and a pull force of 1,154 N at 100 psi. The overall envelope measures 106 mm in length, 140 mm in width, and 59 mm in height, and it uses a 20 mm diameter rod with female rod and port geometries for straightforward integration in compact layouts. Mounting is direct, aligning with MGQ guided cylinders designed to maintain precise alignment in applications requiring guided movement.
