SMC MHS3-25D is a parallel-type pneumatic gripper with three fingers and double-acting actuation, part of the MHS3 family designed for compact, repeatable handling of small parts in automation cells. It opens to 10 mm and closes to 7 mm, giving a precise grasping range for small components. The unit delivers 47 N internal holding force and 42 N external holding force to secure workpieces during transfer, with a 3 mm stroke to accommodate tight positioning tolerances. The MHS3-25D is rated for operating pressures up to 0.6 MPa, aligning with typical factory air systems.
