SMC MHZ2-25D is a two‑finger parallel‑type pneumatic gripper in the MHZ2 family, designed for reliable, repeatable grasping of small parts in automated pick‑and‑place operations. It features a 25 mm bore, double‑acting action, standard basic body, and a 14 mm opening/closing stroke in a compact 0.42 kg package. Each finger provides about 65 N external holding force and 104 N internal holding force at 0.5 MPa, enabling secure retention across typical cycles. The gripper is non‑lubricated, has two pneumatic connections, and employs a linear guide to improve rigidity and accuracy, with a dustproof/dripproof construction and optional dust cover material. Maximum operating frequency reaches 180 cycles per minute, and repeatability is ±0.01 mm, making it well suited for high‑speed robotics, manufacturing, and packaging applications where precise, parallel gripping of small components is required.
