SMC MKB20-10RZ Rotary Clamp Pneumatic Cylinder

The SMC MKB20-10RZ is a compact rotary clamp cylinder from SMC’s MK-Z series that combines a 20 mm bore pneumatic actuator with an integrated clamp arm to deliver a precise 90° clamping motion in a single unit. This double-acting air cylinder clamps and rotates parts to the required orientation, with a 10 mm clamp stroke tailored for small fixtures and tight workspaces. It supports through-hole or head-end tapped mounting, and can be ordered with or without the clamp arm depending on the application; auto-switch mounting is available on many MK-Z variants, with two mounting faces typical for the 20 mm size when an auto switch is used, and a compact D-M9 auto switch can be mounted on multiple sides. For configurations that include an auto switch, lead wires or prewired connectors of about 0.5 m are standard. The MK-Z family emphasizes serviceability, featuring fully replaceable seals and guide pins for easy maintenance. Rated for standard industrial temperatures, it operates on clean compressed air and is designed for environments ranging roughly from -10°C to 70°C.
