SMC MKB32-10RZ Rotary Clamp Cylinder delivers compact, right-rotating clamping from a 32 mm bore with a 10 mm stroke, designed for fixture-based automation where a 90° clamp action is required. This MK-series unit features mounting style B (through-hole or both ends tapped), and supports port threads of M type (Φ12–Φ25) or Rc (Φ32–Φ63). The double-acting piston uses a rubber bumper cushion for smooth operation, and the body measures about 138.5 mm in length, 49.5 mm in width, and 49.5 mm in height, with an arm opening angle of 90°. Operating pressure ranges from +0.1 to +1 MPa (maximum +1 MPa, minimum +0.1 MPa), and it withstands a proof pressure of +1.5 MPa; operating temperature extends from -10 to +60 °C. The clamp provides up to 300 N of force at 0.5 MPa, making it suitable for securing workpieces prior to machining, welding, or assembly. Auto switches can be mounted at up to two locations or omitted entirely; the standard configuration includes a built-in magnet, while a made-to-order XB6 variant can be supplied without the magnet.
