SMC MXJ4-10 Slide Guided Pneumatic Cylinder with F9PW sensors is a compact, guided air cylinder from SMC’s MXJ "air slide table" family. It uses a 4.5 mm bore and 10 mm stroke, delivering precise, low-profile linear actuation in confined spaces. The MXJ4-10 measures about 43 mm in length with a 10 mm height and 20 mm width; lubrication is not required. The unit operates at 0.2–0.7 MPa and achieves work speeds from 50 to 500 mm/s, with the maximum rate reducing to 50–200 mm/s when using the metal stop. It ships with a magnet and switch rail and can be configured with F9PW sensors for position feedback, enabling electrical sensing of the piston position. The MXJ series supports detector options including reed or solid-state types and can be specified with detectors that provide two- or three-wire outputs, and some versions offer a diagnostic LED indicator.
