SMC MXQ12-100BSR is a compact 12 mm bore, 100 mm stroke pneumatic slide-table cylinder with extension-end BS and end-lock R options, delivering precise, repeatable linear positioning in tight spaces. This double-acting MXQ slide table runs on compressed air (operating range 0.15–0.7 MPa) and uses a M5 x 0.8 port for straightforward integration into small automation cells, with a non-lubricated design suited for clean environments. The piston speed is configurable from 50 to 500 mm/s (and 50–200 mm/s when using the adjuster option or metal stopper), and the ambient/fluids temperature range is –10 to 60°C, enabling use in a variety of industrial settings. The end-lock feature prevents the slide table from dropping when air pressure is lost, enhancing safety in vertical installations, while the BS extension-end option supports customized stroke geometry for specific fixture needs. For sensing and control, MXQ can be paired with MXJ auto switches for stroke-end detection, aiding reliable sequencing in assembly, inspection, or transfer tasks where precise part positioning is required.
