SMC MXS25-20AS Pneumatic Linear Sliding Table System is a compact air slide table in the MXS Series designed for precision assembly and fixture translation. It combines a 25 mm bore with a 20 mm stroke and uses a dual-rod cylinder to deliver higher output than a standard cylinder, while a cross-roller guide provides high rigidity and smooth, backlash-free movement. The unit includes an integrated worktable in a tight footprint and measures about 108 mm in overall length, 92 mm in width, and 62 mm in height, making it well suited for small automation cells. End positioning can be refined with adjustable stops on both ends (double-end adjuster options available), and the system can be ordered with an auto switch option (such as a solid-state M9BL module) for inline sensing. Two Rc 1/8 ports support pneumatic connections, and the operating pressure range is 0.15 to 0.7 MPa with a proof pressure of 1.05 MPa, plus a maximum operating pressure of 0.7 MPa.
