SMC NAF4000-N04 Pneumatic Modular Air Filter Assembly

SMC NAF4000-N04 is a modular air filter assembly from the NAF4000 family, built to clean compressed air before it reaches downstream actuators and valves in pneumatic systems. It uses a 1/2 in NPT port and supports a maximum operating pressure of 1 MPa, enabling reliable filtration in standard factory air lines. The filter employs a 5 µm filtration element to capture fine particulates and protect downstream components. A metal bowl with a drain cock provides condensate removal, and the unit's modular design lets it connect with other SMC air preparation equipment. The N04 variant is designed for easy mounting and integration, with compatibility for common SMC brackets and fittings. Operating temperature is specified from -5 to 60°C, suitable for many industrial environments. By removing dust, oil mist, and water droplets from compressed air, this filter helps protect pneumatic cylinders, valves, and actuators, contributing to longer component life and steadier performance.
