SMC TK-3 Plastic Tube Cutter

SMC TK-3 is a compact tube cutter in the TK family designed for clean, burr-free cuts on soft plastic tubing used in pneumatic systems and general instrumentation. It’s configured for tubing with an outer diameter of 12 mm or less, including nylon, soft nylon, polyurethane, and other soft plastics, and it features a safety lock to prevent accidental blade exposure during handling. The tool weighs 32 g (0.032 kg) and is offered in Size 3 to match its 12 mm max OD. A replaceable blade keeps downtime low; replacement blades are available under part number TK-DPM00132, and the blade can be replaced with a Phillips head screwdriver; when servicing, take care as loosening mounting screws can cause the blade to fall out.
