SMC TRS0603BU-100 Blue Soft Nylon Tubing Flame Resistant 6mm OD

SMC TRS0603BU-100 is a flame-resistant soft nylon tubing with a 6 mm outer diameter and a 3 mm inner diameter, blue in color, supplied on a 100 m reel for long-run pneumatic installations. This FR tubing, made from flame-resistant nylon and rated to UL-94 V-0, is designed for air and water circuits in automation and control systems. It features a minimum bending radius of 17 mm to help prevent kinking in tight routing, an operating temperature range of -20 to 60°C, and a vacuum tolerance down to -101.3 kPa, making it suitable for varied plant environments. The tubing can handle a maximum operating pressure up to 1.2 MPa at 20°C, with performance diminishing at higher temperatures. The blue BU coloration aids identification in multi-line installations, enabling quick differentiation from other lines in complex pneumatic layouts.
