SMC TRTU1208BU-100 Three-Layer Polyurethane Tubing

SMC TRTU1208BU-100 is flame-resistant, three-layer polyurethane tubing (FR Three-Layer Polyurethane Tubing) in blue, designed for pneumatic and water piping in environments exposed to sparks. Its sandwich construction uses an outer flame-resistant polyolefin layer, an aluminum laminated middle layer, and an inner polyurethane tube, delivering improved spatter resistance and UL-94 V-0 equivalence. The 12 mm outer diameter and 8 mm inner diameter tubing is offered on a 100 m reel with blue outer color (BU) as one of six color options in the TRTU family. The tube is RoHS compliant and has a maximum operating pressure of 0.8 MPa (8 bar) at 20°C, making it suitable for general pneumatic and water piping in welding environments.
