SMC VQZ2151-3L1 Solenoid Valve

SMC VQZ2151-3L1 is a five-port, base-mounted solenoid valve in the VQZ1000/2000/3000 family, engineered for direct pneumatic control in compact, automated systems. It is designed to switch clean air or inert gas and suits typical operating pressures from 0.1 to 0.7 MPa (with higher-pressure variants reaching up to 1.0 MPa). Coil options vary by model, including 12 and 24 VDC as well as 100/110/200/220 VAC variants, enabling compatibility with a wide range of control architectures. Response times are fast—25 ms or less for metal-seal configurations and 30 ms or less for rubber-seal configurations—while ambient and fluid temperatures range from -10 to 50°C. The valve arrangement provides P (supply), A and B (work ports), and R exhaust paths, making it suitable for directing air to double-acting cylinders, actuators, or other pneumatic devices in production lines, packaging, and automation equipment. As part of the VQZ line, it supports integration with standard VQZ manifolds and assemblies for scalable, modular pneumatic control.
