SMC ZSE1-01-55L Vacuum Switch

The SMC ZSE1-01-55L Vacuum Switch is a compact, 12–24 VDC-powered sensor that delivers a single PNP output to monitor vacuum levels in automation equipment. It detects vacuum from 0 to -101 kPa with a fast 5 ms response and about 10% hysteresis, making it suitable for applications where quick switching is needed as the vacuum crosses its set point. The switch is wired via a 3 m lead wire and mounts with a body-ported design, featuring Port 1: 1/8 BSPT w/ M5 x 0.8 Female and Port 2: M5 x 0.8 Female ISO Threaded, with an overall NPT 1/8 port size. The unit measures roughly 57.5 mm in length, 15 mm in width, and 23 mm in height, and weighs about 0.22 lb. It provides up to 80 mA of load current and is rated for a proof pressure up to +500 kPa. The ZSE1 series is CE-compliant and offers IP40 enclosure protection, making it suitable for industrial environments. Series designation ZSE1-6 identifies its family within SMC’s vacuum switch lineup.
