SMC ZSE10F-M5-B-PG Vacuum Switch

SMC ZSE10F-M5-B-PG is a compact digital pressure switch from the ZSE10F family designed for compound pressure monitoring (vacuum and positive pressure) in tight spaces. It uses an M5 female process port with a PG-lead option for panel mounting and a low-profile body around 9.8 mm tall, making it suitable for dense assemblies. It operates from 12–24 VDC with a typical current draw of 40 mA and provides a single PNP open-collector switch output, plus the option of an analog output or a second switch output depending on configuration, ideal for interfacing to PLCs and analog controllers. The ZSE10F family covers a compound pressure range of -100.0 to 100 kPa, enabling vacuum sensing and positive pressure detection in the same device; for this variant, the M5-B-PG configuration provides PNP output. It offers fast switching with a 2.5 ms response time and adjustable anti-chatter settings (20/100/2000 ms) and lets you choose from seven display units (MPa, kPa, kgf/cm2, bar, psi, inHg, mmHg) with three-step setting. The enclosure is rated IP40, suitable for panel-mounted or bracket-mounted installations, and port options include M5 (female), 1/8 Rc (male), and 1/8 NPT (male). The unit is shipped with 5-core cabtyre lead wires, typically 2 m long, for straightforward installation.
