SMC ZSE4-01-25 Pressure Switch

SMC ZSE4-01-25 is a compact digital pressure switch with an on-board LCD readout that displays vacuum pressure in real time. Powered from 12 to 24 VDC, it provides a switch output for automatic control in pneumatic circuits when the sensed pressure crosses a user‑set threshold. The model is designed for vacuum measurement, with a typical range to -101 kPa (-760 mmHg), making it well suited for applications such as vacuum pick-and-place, bagging and sealing, and other automation tasks where monitoring negative pressure is essential. Connections support common miniaturized port options, including 1/8 in PT/NPTF and M5 threaded variants, enabling straightforward plumbing with standard fittings. As part of SMC's ZSE4/ISE4 digital pressure switch family, the ZSE4-01-25 combines a small, self-contained package with a clear digital reading, helping operators quickly verify process pressures on panels or within control enclosures.
