Solberg HDL-PSG860 1-200HC Vacuum Discharge Filter

The HDL-PSG860/1-200HC Vacuum Pump Exhaust and Discharge Filter from Solberg captures oil fog, mist, or aerosol from the exhaust of oil-sealed vacuum pumps with a 0.3-micron coalescing element and delivers cleaner discharge suitable for oil recycling. The pleated media provides increased surface area for low-back-pressure separation of ultra-fine oil mists, housed in a seamless drawn carbon steel body with an O-ring sealed white powder-coated finish for corrosion resistance. It accepts 1" to 2.5" connections and includes a matching discharge baffle, plus drain taps: 1/4" NPSC for 1"–2.5" installations and 1/2" NPT for 3"–8" connections. Typical applications span blower exhaust oil mist, vacuum coating, vacuum freeze drying, vacuum outgassing, industrial vacuum processes, cement, paper processing, and food processing-pressures, as well as oil removal for pressure unloading vents on piston compressors and any use case requiring low delta-P coalescing of large air volumes. Optional features include lower back pressure media, application-specific gaskets/seals, and custom connections, with various finishes available and stainless steel housings on select models; additional options include nameplate brackets for 3"–8" connections and lifting lugs to simplify handling in demanding environments.
