The Sony PlayStation 4 Slim Blu-ray Disc Drive (CUH-2015A) is the replacement optical drive assembly used in the PS4 Slim models CUH-2015A and CUH-2015B. It reads Blu-ray discs (BD) at up to 6x and DVDs at up to 8x, and uses a 395–415 nm laser with a maximum output of 1 mW. When swapping in this drive, you may need to transfer the original drive's flex cables to the new unit to restore proper operation.
