The Sony XC-ST50/CE is a compact color machine-vision camera module based on a 1/2-inch interline-transfer CCD, part of Sony’s XC-ST family designed for industrial imaging. In the color XC-ST50/CE variant, it delivers 752 × 582 active pixels, providing color imagery for common machine-vision tasks such as inline inspection and alignment. The XC-ST50 family also includes the monochrome XC-ST50 model, which provides 768 × 494 active pixels and is noted for a high S/N ratio around 60 dB, contributing to clearer detail in lower-light conditions.
