Square D 9422TCF33 is a fusible disconnect switch that provides a clean, code-compliant isolation point for electrical circuits up to 30 A and 600 VAC. Part of Schneider Electric’s Square D 9422T family, this cable-operated disconnect uses a variable-depth cable mechanism and is UL and CSA listed for industrial use. It is designed for 600 VAC (also rated for DC) systems and delivers up to 20 HP at 600 VAC (7.5 HP at 208/240 VAC, 15 HP at 480 VAC, 5 HP at 250 VDC, 15 HP at 600 VDC). Wiring options include aluminum conductors from 10 AWG to 2 AWG and copper conductors from 14 AWG to 2 AWG on lug connections, enabling flexible installation in enclosures or control panels. The depth can be adjusted from 6.625 to 18 inches to fit varying cable routing and cabinet depths. For fusible operation, it uses a compatible fuse clip kit (9422CFT30) and is commonly paired with the 9422A-1 handle mechanism for manual operation, making it suitable for motor control and equipment isolation tasks in industrial settings.
