Square D LUB120 Power Base

The Square D TeSys U LUB120 power base is a three-pole, non-reversing base that forms the core of a TeSys U U-Line motor starter, designed to be paired with a companion control module to deliver a compact, modular starter for small- to medium-size motors in industrial control panels. Rated for 12 A, the LUB120 supports two voltage ranges—230–440 VAC for standard low‑voltage service and 500–690 VAC for higher‑voltage applications—allowing it to accommodate regional power standards and various TeSys U configurations without changing components. The base provides screw-clamp terminals and a built-in control contact set of 1NO + 1NC, enabling straightforward wiring between the power base and the TeSys U control unit; its footprint measures 1.77 in wide, 4.96 in deep, and 5.71 in high. Operating temperature ranges from 13 to 140°F (about −10 to 60°C) and it is specified for 40–60 Hz operation, making the LUB120 compatible with common industrial environments when paired with the corresponding TeSys U components.
