Stafford 2SM080 is a metric, two-piece stainless steel clamp-type shaft collar with an 80 mm bore. Machined from stainless steel 303 and finished shiny, it provides a 108 mm outside diameter and 19 mm width, and the entire assembly is metric, including the clamp screws, with a smooth bore that protects the shaft and a high clamping power compared with set-screw collars. The two-piece split construction can be completely disassembled and slid onto a shaft anywhere, allowing installation on standard round shafts—whether hard or soft—thin-wall tubing, or over a split hub, without removing other components. Designed to be non-marring and precisely machined, this Stafford collar combines reliable grip with easy adjustability, making it well-suited for setups that require repositioning or frequent maintenance.
