Stauff RV-30-7-S Check Valve

Stauff RV-30-7-S Check Valve is part of STAUFF’s FI-RV inline check valve family, designed to block reverse flow in hydraulic or fluid systems while allowing forward flow in line. FI-RV valves provide a straight connection between two metric tubes of identical diameter, enabling simple, compact inline installation. In the DN30/RV-30 family, variants are rated for high pressures; for example, RV-30-B0.5-N specifies a DN30 connection with a mild steel body (zinc/iron plated), a 1 1/2 NPT connection option, and an opening pressure of 0.5 bar (7 psi). Opening pressures and materials vary by variant, but the family is designed for robust inline backflow protection in hydraulic circuits up to several thousand psi. These valves are commonly used to protect pumps and actuators from reverse flow, and they support straight-through configuration with metric tube fittings.
