Strahman M-159 Stainless Steel Mixer Section Assembly

Strahman M-159 Mixer Section Assembly is the bronze hot-and-cold water mixing section that forms the core of Strahman’s wall-mounted M-159 mixing station. It blends hot and cold water in adjustable proportions for washdown and sanitation tasks, with the option to add a temperature gauge (M-159TG) to monitor the mixed-water temperature. Built for wall mounting, the unit sits about one inch off the surface, and installation uses three 3/8" studs tapped into the wall for secure mounting. The M-159 family is bronze-constructed with exposed parts finished in bronze chrome-plated, while Strahman’s stainless variant is the M-750, which uses stainless steel exposed components for corrosion resistance and compatibility with harsher environments. The mixer section is designed to work with Strahman hoses and nozzles (sold separately) to complete a washdown station, and it is intended to deliver hot and cold water in precise proportions across a range of cleaning applications. The integrated design supports reliable performance in commercial kitchens and processing facilities where consistent washdown temperature control is required.
