SunX GX-8MU Cylindrical Inductive Proximity Sensor

The SunX GX-8MU Cylindrical Inductive Proximity Sensor is a compact DC 2‑wire, M8‑threaded proximity switch with an integrated amplifier, designed for non‑contact detection of metal targets in tight spaces. It delivers a nominal sensing distance of 1.6 mm (0.063 in) and carries an IP67 rating for dust and water protection in harsh industrial environments, making it suitable for demanding automation setups. The sensor features a normally open output and comes with a 0.3 m, 2‑core cable with a round-type connector to simplify wiring in control panels, conveyors, and small machinery.
