SUNX NA1-PK3P-PN Photoelectric Picking Sensor

SunX NA1-PK3P-PN is a compact, three-beam through-beam picking sensor designed for precise part detection in cell production and assembly-line pick tasks. It uses a 12–24 V DC supply with ±10% tolerance and a PNP open-collector output, capable of sourcing up to 100 mA, while the emitter draws ≤30 mA and the receiver ≤50 mA. The sensor features a sensing height of 49.2 mm, a beam pitch of 24.6 mm, and three beams, with a sensing range of 30 to 300 mm for Ø29 mm opaque objects or larger. In through-beam configurations, the label distinguishes emitter (“P”) from receiver (“D”), helping ensure correct pairing. Standard cable length is 2 m, with 5 m cable-length and pigtailed variants available to suit longer runs in conveyor or robotic layouts. This makes the NA1-PK3P-PN well suited for reliable picking applications on compact automation lines, where consistent detection of small, evenly sized parts is critical.
