SUNX NX5-M10RBD Photoelectric Sensor

The SUNX NX5-M10RBD is the receiver unit of Panasonic’s NX5 through-beam photoelectric sensor pair, designed to work with the NX5-M10RB emitter to detect beam interruptions over a 10 m range. This compact, dark-on receiver uses a red, modulated LED beam and provides a relay contact output for signaling to controllers, with two 5‑core cables (0.3 mm2) totaling 2 m in length for flexible installation. It’s configured for a dark-on response, and status is indicated by a red LED (output on) and a green LED (stable light or dark conditions) to help troubleshoot installations. The NX5-M10RBD is a lightweight, ~140 g module in an M10 form factor, suitable for integration into tight automation spaces, with an operating temperature range of -20 to 55°C. This receiver ships separately from the emitter, allowing you to pair it with the NX5-M10RB to create a robust through-beam sensing solution for applications such as part detection, position verification, and object counting in industrial environments.
