Surface Combustion Corp. 6BZR Gas Pressure Regulator

The Surface Combustion Corp. 6BZR Balanced Zero Regulator is a precision gas-pressure regulator with 3/4 in. NPT inlet and outlet connections, designed for burner and gas-air mixer applications using natural gas or LPG. It supports inlet pressures up to 2.0 psig (≈140 mbar), offers a turndown of up to 20:1, and requires a minimum downstream pressure drop of 4.0 in. W.C.; it responds to signal-pressure differentials as low as 0.04 in. W.C. and operates continuously up to 150°F. The device features an adjustable spring bias from +0.3 to −5.0 in. W.C., ships with zero bias, and all units are factory tested and sealed before shipment.
