Surface Combustion Corp 88-BZR Atmospheric Pressure Regulator
Surface Combustion Corp 88-BZR Atmospheric Pressure Regulator
Description:
The Surface Combustion Corp 88-BZR atmospheric pressure regulator is a Balanced Zero Regulator (BZR) that uses a large-diaphragm valve to modulate gas flow and hold outlet pressure near atmospheric levels, driven by a small pressure differential across the main diaphragm. Designed for industrial combustion systems, it supports proportional premixers, nozzle mixers, and mixing tees at positive or negative combustion chamber pressures, with a 1" NPT connection. Key specifications include a maximum inlet pressure of 2.0 psig, a maximum diaphragm differential of 14.0 in. W.C., low-flow accuracy of ±0.1 in. W.C. and full-flow accuracy of ±0.3 in. W.C., turndown up to 200:1, and operating temperature up to 150°F (with high-temperature variants rated to 700°F); it responds to signal differentials as small as 0.04 in. W.C. and units are factory tested and sealed before shipment.
