Swagelok QF16 Coupling

The Swagelok QF16 Brass Coupling is a full-flow quick-connect fitting that enables fast, leak-tight connections and rapid disconnection in industrial fluid transfer systems. It is commonly installed in chemical processing equipment, hydraulic systems, test benches, utility systems, and industrial transfer lines where high flow capacity and reliable quick-connect performance are required. Maintenance teams, OEMs, and system integrators use the QF16 for replacement, retrofit, and new installations to simplify maintenance and improve fluid system efficiency. This Swagelok component features a brass body in the QF full-flow series, with nominal connection size 1 in, and offers connection types including Male or Female NPT, Swagelok Tube Fitting, or ISO/BSP Threads. The unit provides a flow coefficient (Cv) up to 39.0, configuration dependent, and a maximum pressure rating of 4000 PSIG (275 bar) at 70°F when coupled, with a maximum temperature rating up to 400°F (204°C) depending on seal material. O-ring materials available include Fluorocarbon (FKM), EPDM, FFKM, or Buna-N, and lubrication with Dow Corning 111 or equivalent is recommended. It supports liquids and gases compatible with brass and seal materials, and is designed for chemical processing, hydraulic systems, utility services, and fluid transfer.
