Swagelok S03175706B is a high-precision inline instrumentation needle valve that delivers leak-tight flow control in high-pressure systems. Crafted with a 316 stainless steel body, it provides fine metering and reliable isolation for analytical sampling, hydraulic test stands, chemical dosing lines, and instrumentation panels where precise adjustment and system protection are required. This precision needle/metering valve uses a fine-threaded regulating needle stem and offers metal-to-metal or PTFE packing (variant dependent). End connections accept Swagelok tube fittings or NPT, enabling versatile inline installation in industrial instrumentation, chemical processing, oil and gas, and hydraulic applications. It supports a pressure rating up to approximately 3000–6000 psig depending on configuration and a broad temperature range from -65°F to 450°F (-53°C to 232°C).
