Swagelok SS-18KF6 Integral Bonnet Needle Valve is a 316 stainless steel, compact needle valve designed for precise flow control in high‑pressure systems. It features 3/8 in. female NPT connections (inlet and outlet), a Cv of 1.80, and a 0.375 in (9.5 mm) orifice that supports straight‑through, two‑way flow regulated by a regulating stem. The stem tip is 316 stainless steel, and the valve is built with Swagelok’s integral‑bonnet design for a robust seal; the body is stainless steel, and the handle is an aluminum bar for manual operation. It is standard cleaned and packaged (SC‑10) and is low‑emissions certified. Maximum temperature is 600°F (315°C), with a room‑temperature pressure rating of 5,000 psi (344 bar) at 100°F and a maximum temperature/pressure rating of 3,130 psi (215 bar) at 600°F; minimum operating temperature is -65°F (-53°C).
