Swagelok SS-1GF4-SPR Stainless Steel Toggle Valve is a compact, two‑way valve designed for on/off control in 1/4 in. lines, featuring a 316 stainless steel body and 1/4 in. FNPT connections on both ports. It provides a 0.250 in. orifice with a flow coefficient (Cv) of 0.7, enabling predictable shutoff and flow in instrumentation and process systems. The valve uses a nylon toggle handle for manual actuation and a PTFE-tipped stem with a soft-seat PTFE seal to minimize leakage. It operates from -28°C to 93°C (-20°F to 200°F) and is rated for up to 13.7 bar (200 PSIG) at ambient conditions (200°F / 93°C maximum). All wetted parts are compatible with high-purity environments typical of Swagelok stainless steel toggle valves, and the straight-through, 2‑way flow pattern supports direct isolation in compact installations. End connections are 1/4 in. FNPT on both sides, making it suitable for integration in instrument manifolds, sample lines, and small‑bore process systems where robust stainless steel construction and reliable actuation are required.
