Swagelok SS-63TFVCR-8 Ball Valve 1/2 Inch Female VCR Fittings

Swagelok SS-63TFVCR-8 is a stainless-steel, three-piece 60 Series ball valve with 1/2 in. Swagelok VCR metal gasket face-seal fittings on both ends, delivering reliable shutoff in compact, high-purity piping. It features reinforced PTFE seats, a spring-loaded sealing design, and chevron packing for durable, tight sealing. The body is 316 stainless steel with 316 stainless fasteners, cleaned and packaged to Swagelok SC-10 standards. This is a 2‑way, straight-pattern valve with a maximum Cv of 7.5, capable of handling general service at room temperature up to 2200 psig (151 bar) at 100°F. The seat material is reinforced PTFE; seat springs are 316 stainless steel, and the stem bearing uses alloy X750 for smooth operation. End connections are 1/2 in. VCR metal gasket face-seal fittings, enabling leak-tight metal-to-metal seals with Swagelok VCR components. The valve carries Low Emissions Certification and is designed for general service in piping where precise isolation and flow control are required in 1/2 in. lines.
