Swagelok SS-63XTS8 is a stainless steel 60 Series three-piece, 3-way ball valve with 1/2 in. Swagelok tube fittings on all ports, engineered for reliable switching in instrumentation systems. Crafted from 316 stainless steel, it uses reinforced PTFE seats, a 316 stainless steel seat spring, and an Alloy X750 stem bearing for durable, leak-tight operation, with standard Swagelok 1/2 in. tubing on each port for consistent installation. The valve supports 3-way flow switching with a Cv of 5 and employs fluorocarbon (FKM) flange seals for chemical compatibility. Cleaning is specified to SC-10, and the design is Low Emissions Certified. The swing-out configuration allows quick maintenance—dismantling the body without removing adjacent fittings—making it well-suited for routing and isolating flows in gas or liquid lines within instrumentation racks, test benches, and process control loops where compact, dependable 1/2 in. tube connections are required.
