Swagelok SS-HBS4-C Nupro High Purity Bellows Valve

SS-HBS4-C is a stainless steel high‑pressure bellows sealed valve (HB Series) with 1/4 in Swagelok tube fittings on both ends and a normally closed pneumatic actuator. The 316L stainless steel bellows and body implement a packless, welded seal designed for high‑purity service, with a straight 2‑way flow pattern and a maximum flow coefficient (CV) of 0.3. A PTFE‑coated 316L gasket, conical stem, and a PCTFE stem tip accompany a Ra 20 µin surface finish to support cleanability and minimize particulates in process lines. The valve operates from -40°F to 150°F (-40°C to 65°C) and provides a room‑temperature rating up to 3500 psig (241 bar) at 100°F (37°C). Helium leak testing is performed per SCS‑00020, underscoring the tight‑seal performance typical of Swagelok bellows valves. This model is configured with two 1/4 in. Swagelok tube fittings, ensuring compatibility with standard tube fittings and cleanroom‑favorable installation.
