Swagelok SS-R65TSW16P Ball Valve

The Swagelok SS-65TSW16P is a stainless steel, three‑piece 60 Series ball valve with socket‑weld ends for 1 in. pipe, designed to deliver reliable shutoff in demanding process lines. It features a stainless steel ball and stem, a 316 stainless steel body, reinforced PTFE seats, and a swing‑out design that simplifies maintenance without removing the valve from the line. Both ends are 1 in. socket weld connections, with a maximum Cv of 42, and the unit is SC‑10 cleaned for general process use. The valve is rated to 2200 psig @ 100°F (151 bar @ 37°C) at room temperature, using fluorocarbon (FKM) flange seals, a seat spring of 316 stainless steel, and a stem bearing of Alloy X750; fasteners are 316 stainless steel. The handle is a black lever for straightforward operation, and the assembly is Low Emissions Certified for use in controlled environments.
