TDK-Lambda DPX40-24WS05 DC-DC Converter Module

TDK-Lambda DPX40-24WS05 is an isolated, DIN-rail mounted DC-DC converter module designed for industrial control panels, converting a wide 9.5–36 VDC input into a regulated 5 VDC output capable of delivering up to 8 A (40 W) to digital logic, sensors, and controller peripherals. With a nominal input of 24 VDC, the module maintains an output of 5 V with a tolerance of 4.5–5.5 V, offers a ripple/noise specification up to 50 mV, and supports a robust 0–8 A current range, all in a compact, efficient package. Efficiency typ is around 85%, and isolation between input and case is rated at 1600 VDC for 1 minute, providing protection against transients in challenging environments.
