Technolube TL-M3 Automatic Lubricator

The Technolube TL-M3 Automatic Lubricator is an electromechanical automatic single-point lubrication system from Technolube’s M Series that can be expanded to eight points with a divider block, delivering precise, continuous grease to bearings and moving components without manual intervention. It is commonly installed on conveyors, electric motors, pumps, gearboxes, fans, crushers, packaging equipment, mining machinery, and other OEM industrial equipment requiring reliable lubrication; the 500 mL reservoir feeds up to eight points and supports direct or remote mounting via divider blocks. Key specifications include 30–60 bar operating pressure, a vertical self-priming pump, LCD digital display, 4.5 VDC battery power, refillable reservoir, and an adjustable dispensing period programmed for the lubrication schedule. The TL-M3 uses 6 mm O.D. lubrication tubing, operates down to -40°C with an optional lithium battery pack, offers a 2-year shelf life, and carries a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty.
