Technosoft IDM240-5EI Intelligent Servo Drive System

The Technosoft IDM240-5EI Intelligent Servo Drive System is a digital servo drive with an embedded motion controller that precisely drives brushless DC, brushed DC, and stepper motors in industrial motion-control applications. It is commonly installed in CNC machines, robotic systems, packaging equipment, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, automated assembly lines, conveyors, and other OEM motion control machinery. Maintenance teams, OEMs, and system integrators use this drive for machine repairs, motion-control upgrades, retrofit projects, and replacement of existing servo drive systems. Key specifications include a continuous output current of 5 ARMS and a peak output current of 16 ARMS (1 second max); motor supply voltage of 12–48 VDC nominal (63 VDC maximum continuous); and a 12–48 VDC logic supply.
