Tecno PTO10/350 Lathe Safety Shield Mount Trip Actuator

The Tecno Più PTO10/350 Lathe Safety Shield Mount Trip Actuator provides interlocked protection for lathes by actuating the safety microswitch whenever the movable shield is opened or closed. It is designed for use with the PTO10/350 Lathe Carriage Safety Guard on manual and CNC lathes, mounting on the longitudinal carriage behind the tool post with a tubular steel articulated arm and a 180° rotating microswitch housing with two normally closed safety contacts. The shield measures 350 mm wide by 300 mm tall, with a 280 mm anti-shavings partition depth and a maximum extension of 650 mm, and it includes a shockproof, oil-resistant safety shield protected by an adjustable ball-and-socket joint with a friction disc. Commonly used in metalworking shops and manufacturing facilities for safety guard interlocks, repairs, upgrades, preventive maintenance, and replacement of worn interlock components; common replacements include PTO10/435, PTO10/350/M, and PTO10/350/P.
