The TECO Electric & Machinery RHN-10 thermal overload relay protects three-phase motors from overload and phase‑failure conditions in industrial motor control systems, and is commonly installed in motor starters, pump control panels, compressors, conveyors, HVAC equipment, machine tools, and other automation circuits that require dependable thermal protection. It is designed to operate with TECO CU Series and CN Series magnetic contactors and offers adjustable thermal overload protection within the RHN Series, phase‑failure protection, automatic ambient temperature compensation, and a selectable manual or automatic reset to help prevent motor damage from excessive current. The relay provides 1 normally open and 1 normally closed auxiliary contact, a built‑in TEST/STOP button, IP20 finger‑safe terminal cover, and mounting options for direct contactor mounting or an independent mounting base (model dependent). It supports 50/60 Hz operation and the rated current range is model dependent within the RHN Series. Certifications include UL, cULus, CSA, TÜV, CE, RU, and cRUus, and it complies with IEC 60947-4-1.
