TECO-Westinghouse NV2004C Industrial Electric Motor

The TECO-Westinghouse NV2004C delivers 200 HP (149 kW) at 1,800 RPM in a NEMA Premium Efficiency, Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) inverter-duty three-phase induction motor designed for severe-duty industrial service. With 460 VAC, 60 Hz, and four poles, it uses a 445/447TC frame, and carries a NEMA Design B enclosure rated for Continuous Duty with a 1.15 service factor. The motor achieves nominal efficiency around 95.8% (NEMA Premium) and draws approximately 225 A at full load on 460 VAC, insulated to Class F, and weighing about 1,923 lb (872 kg). It is engineered for operation with variable frequency drives (VFDs) and is suitable for pumps, compressors, conveyors, crushers, mixers, fans, blowers, and other heavy-duty process equipment in manufacturing plants, mining, oil and gas, and water or wastewater treatment facilities. Maintenance teams and system integrators rely on the NV2004C for repair, retrofit, expansion, or replacement of motor drive systems, with common replacements including NP2004C, EP2004C, and APH2004C.
