The Tectran TV229507 Front Axle Limiting & Quick Release Valve automatically reduces front service brake application pressure while providing a rapid release function to improve brake response in heavy-duty air brake systems. Designed for pre-1985 commercial trucks, tractors, buses, and other heavy-duty vehicles, it acts as an OEM-direct replacement to maintain proper front-to-rear brake balance and help meet FMVSS-121 braking requirements.
